Shipping & Handling

Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email immediately after you place your order. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact us at: info@herbalrootzwellness.com for confirmation. Please be sure and check your spam folder first.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs for orders will be determined based on the total weight and dimensions of the order and the selected shipping method. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Herbal Rootz Wellness will ship your items for free when your purchase totals $150 or more. This offer is only valid when shipped within the USA.

Handling Time: Estimated fulfillment time is up to 5 days. Fulfillment time does not include shipping time.

Shipping Methods: We offer standard shipping via USPS, priority and expedited shipping via FedEx or UPS for orders. Shipping methods and associated costs will be displayed at checkout.

Shipping Carrier: We use reliable shipping carriers for shipping our products. Once an order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided to the customer via email.

Delivery Time: Estimated delivery times for orders will vary depending on the shipping method selected and the carrier used. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, while expedited shipping takes 1-2 business days. Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed.

International Shipping: International shipping can be arranged depending on the location. We would only consider shipping to international destinations that have a proven track record in handling shipments in an efficient and timely manner. Just send us a message by email or phone. At this time, international shipments do not qualify for free shipping.

Lost or Stolen Packages: Herbal Rootz Wellness is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you think your package has been lost or stolen please contact your law enforcement agency. If items arrive damaged you must file a claim with the courier directly. The courier assumes the responsibility of the package once they pick it up from us. Herbal Rootz Wellness is not responsible for packages that have wrong, incomplete or insufficient addresses, phone numbers, or emails provided to us by the customer during checkout. Parcels marked as "Delivered" do not qualify for a refund or replacement. You must file a claim with the courier if you have not received items marked as "Delivered." Parcels marked as "Abandoned" do not qualify for a refund nor replacement. A claim can not be filed on parcels marked "Abandoned."
